The portable STARGUN Extruder Welders are light and handy equipments, suitable to both building-site and workshop jobs for fabrication of plastic parts. They work with PP and PE rods of different and interchangeable diameters.
The build-in blower series make unnecessary any external air supply and they facilitate any in-field operation. The equipments are designed according to the D.V.S. 2205 standard. The hand extruder are suitable for plastic fabrication of chemical hoods, custom plastic tanks, non woven geomembrane sealing and more.
The compact dimensions, light weight and absence of external air supply, allow the user to work comfortably on field applications as piping and sector fittings, final assembly of blowers exhaust, scrubbers and tanks, while the high extrusion rates allow to accomplish to any work-shop job much faster.Hand Extruder Technical Data
All models are equipped with high-intensity LEDs pointing to the extrusion area: this feature allow to work in low-ligth enviroments, as in on-field sector fittings, where lack of light may heavily affect the quality of welding process.
RITMO has developed a proprietary drill with outstanding characteristics of reliability: brushes maintenance is 10 times smaller than equivalent commercial components while the drill inductor robustness has been reinforced to ensure the drill’s constant performances during the whole life cycle.
