For welding were used two DELTA 1400, butt welding machines for pressure pipes supplied with manual clamps, electric milling cutter and accessorized with crane.

In the last few days  Ritmo S.p.A. has launched the DELTA 1600, the welding machine which goes over the simple evolution of the DELTA 1400.

The new DELTA 1600 is designed with four clamps with hydraulic opening and closing, this solution allows to work faster and much easier on the site.

Just think about how much time it is necessary to remove and put back all the clamps for every fusion.

Another significant innovation regards the rollers, now with hydraulic control which facilitate the placement and alignment of the pipe, operation always difficult when it comes pipes with big diameters, both for the weight, both for the dimension.

The milling cutter/facer is controlled hydraulically.  This allows to have contained both the weight of the same, both to guarantee a greater engine torque during the facing phase of the pipes.

Another significant aspect of the DELTA 1600 is the intuitive control panel and practical levers, located in the raised control station, which guarantees safety to the operator, as well as an excellent visibility during the working phases.
