SWM series (Rhinoweld) weld by butt fusion PE, PP, PVC and PVDF plastic sheets. The welding machines are designed according to the D.V.S. 2208 standard and they are able to weld by butt fusion in accordance with the D.V.S. 2207.
The SWM sheet welding machines combine the requirements of accuracy in welding cycles with low labour force and maintenance costs through their high automation degree. All parameters are set and controlled by proprietary software that records and check any welding feature.
Users can choose among a variety of plastic manufacturer option menus or create their own welding cycles. All working procedures are accessible by touch-screen.
Any welding operation is digitally recorded and associated to specific semi-finished plastic fabricated part, ensuring the complete traceability of the product.
Ritmo's sheet welding machines requires 5 min set-up for vertical and horizontal welding shapes. Moreover all SMW series are equipped for circular welding of plastic sheets.

SWM series operate in a wide range of plastic sheet dimensions: they reach 4000mm welding length for up–to-50mm material thickness. Nevertheless the widespread-pressure pneumatic system allows to work with maximum care also for small-sized sheets. Moreover there are no limitations in wideness, since no clamps are used to hold the plastic sheets.
